Call us at (773) 764-3634. Make sure you have your charge card information and your email address handy.
As soon as your charge info has been processed and settled, we’ll send you an email with a link to our Service Form. Just fill out a copy of the form and include it in your shipping container. Our shipping address is on the top left hand of the form.
Make sure to pack your equipment well to avoid any damage during shipping. If you have any questions, feel free to give us a call.
